This national accolade comes after being nominated and later named a finalist, underscoring the nonprofit's significant impact and commitment to community support and long-term planning assistance.

The BizX Awards, hosted annually by ActionCOACH, celebrate excellence in business and organizational achievement across North America. The 2024 ceremony, held in Las Vegas, brought together leaders from diverse industries to acknowledge outstanding contributions and innovation. Morgan's Caring Connection was one of five finalists in its category, selected from a pool of nominees spanning 20 different award categories. Morgan's Caring Connection was established in February 2024 by Janis and Kelly Strutt following the loss of their middle daughter, Morgan, who was born with Spina Bifida and passed away in October 2023. Motivated by their own experiences and the challenges their family faced, they created the nonprofit to provide grants, educational resources, and professional connections that empower families to secure the future of their special needs dependents.
