Official Rules & Winner Information

Ticket Price & Eligibility for Drawings

Raffle tickets are $50 each. Each ticket purchased is eligible for all 52 scheduled weekly drawings during the 2027 Calendar Raffle. Winning tickets are returned to the raffle and remain eligible for subsequent drawings. A single ticket may therefore win more than once.

Drawing Schedule

Drawings will be held every Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon) throughout 2027 at the location identified on the official raffle ticket. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of ticket purchase. Morgan's Caring Connection will make reasonable efforts to notify each winner. Ticket purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Claiming Your Prize

Winners must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing date.

A prize is considered claimed when the winner contacts Morgan's Caring Connection and makes arrangements to receive the prize. The prize does not need to be physically picked up within seven days as long as arrangements have been made within the seven-day claim period.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not respond and claim their prize within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing date, the prize will be considered unclaimed and the winner forfeits their right to that prize.

Unclaimed prizes may be retained by Morgan's Caring Connection and, at MCC's discretion, used to further its charitable mission, included in a future fundraising event or activity, or otherwise repurposed for the benefit of the organization.

No cash equivalent, replacement prize, or other compensation will be provided for an unclaimed prize. The winning ticket will remain eligible for all subsequent 2027 drawings even if the prize is not claimed.

Prize Pickup & Delivery

Whenever possible, winners are asked to make arrangements to pick up their prize from Morgan's Caring Connection or another mutually agreed-upon location.

Gift cards, certificates, or similar prizes that can reasonably be mailed in a standard envelope may be mailed, generally within one week after the winner's mailing information has been confirmed.

MCC does not guarantee shipping of larger merchandise or other physical prizes. If pickup presents a hardship, winners may contact MCC to discuss whether alternative arrangements are available.

Donating Your Prize Back

A winner who does not wish to keep their prize may voluntarily donate it back to Morgan's Caring Connection. Donated prizes may be used to support MCC's charitable mission or included in a future MCC fundraising event or activity.

Donating a prize back does not affect the winning ticket's eligibility for future drawings.

Prize Terms & Restrictions

Prizes are generously donated by businesses, organizations, professionals, and community supporters. Prize descriptions and values are based on information provided by the donor.

Gift cards, certificates, services, experiences, memberships, and other prizes may be subject to expiration dates, scheduling requirements, availability, exclusions, or other restrictions established by the donating business or organization.

Winners are responsible for reviewing and complying with any terms associated with their prize.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes are awarded as advertised and cannot be exchanged through Morgan's Caring Connection for cash, another prize, or a cash equivalent.

Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with receiving a raffle prize.

Ticket Purchases

All raffle ticket purchases are final. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Use of Proceeds

Proceeds from the 2027 Calendar Raffle support Morgan's Caring Connection and its mission to help families raising loved ones with disabilities access education, resources, professional connections, and financial assistance to help secure their loved one's future.
